This is one opportunity for our club nutritionist and dietician
Laura Thomas to share her knowledge and creativity with our
athletes and families. Every month Laura will share a dinner
recipe that's either seasonal or popular amongst our athletes's
favorite foods, but instead of the traditional ingredients and
instructions, she'll put her healthy twist on the normal recipe.
Each month will also include a snack option that will be great
